2005 Films
Over 40
film makers formed 11 production teams and made a wide variety
of 2 minute shorts. These were filmed and edited over 2 days with
the support of professional film makers Richard Else, Keith Partridge, Mark
Batey and Graham Hoyland coordinated by Brian Hall.
The films were
shown at the Festival and judged. Everyone was a winner but the
judges awarded "Thrill Seekers" by George and Roland Arnison the
top prize.
Second was "One Horse Race" by Pete Price and
Rob Grange Judges special mentions went to "Bravin Black Grag", "Le
Beatnick" and "Days on
Hold".
The Extreme Film School would not be possible
without the fantastic help and support of North
West Vision, Visual
Impact (North), BBC and Middlesbrough
Council Arts Development.
